Consortium
Six partners across Italy, Germany, Finland and the Republic of Korea, combining academic excellence, industrial innovation and hardware expertise.
The consortium covers the full value chain of quantum software development — from high-level programming and compiler infrastructure through to hardware integration and application validation. It is geographically distributed across Europe and South Korea, in line with the EU–ROK cooperation objectives of the call.
Each partner names a representative — the person scientifically responsible for the project at that institution, its local principal investigator — and a deputy who stands in for them.

One of Europe's leading technical universities and a founding member of the Italian Quantum Alliance. POLIMI contributes deep expertise in compiler design, quantum cryptanalysis and algorithm development, and leads the requirements analysis, optimisation and validation activities.

A prominent South Korean academic institution with expertise in quantum software, cryptography and international collaboration. KOOKMIN leads the gap analysis and training activities as well as the Quantum AI for 6G research, anchoring the EU–ROK knowledge exchange.
