How to refer to the project
- Acronym: QuoUSKWe (pronounced kwo-us-kwe, from the Latin quousque, “up to which limit”)
- Full name: Quantum computing European Union–South Korea Working Team
- Programme: Horizon Europe, call HORIZON-CL4-2025-03-DIGITAL-EMERGING-03

Short text to copy into articles, press releases and event programmes:
QuoUSKWe is a Horizon Europe project building an open, technology-agnostic quantum software stack. Through European Union–Republic of Korea collaboration, it develops a high-level quantum programming model and an MLIR-based compiler infrastructure, and validates them on real quantum hardware through three applications: cryptanalysis of post-quantum cryptography, simulation of strongly correlated systems, and Quantum AI for 6G networks. The consortium brings together six partners from Italy, Germany, Finland and the Republic of Korea, coordinated by Politecnico di Milano.
Using the EU emblem
Any material that mentions the project must display the EU emblem together with the funding statement and the disclaimer shown at the foot of every page here. Download the official “Funded by the European Union” logo from the European Commission and use it unmodified — visual identity and emblem files.
Embed our news on your site
Partner sites can show the project’s latest news with one line of HTML. No JavaScript to install, nothing to keep up to date — the widget is regenerated whenever the site is rebuilt:
<iframe src="https://quouskwe-project.deib.polimi.it/news/embed.html"
title="QuoUSKWe news" width="330" height="320"
style="border:1px solid #ddd;border-radius:8px" loading="lazy"></iframe>
Adjust width and height to fit your layout; the widget is responsive down to
narrow columns and scrolls inside its own frame if the space is shorter than the
list. Links open in the top-level window rather than inside the frame. The
widget follows the reader’s light or dark system setting.
If your site’s CMS already has an RSS block — WordPress, Drupal and TYPO3 all do — you can skip the iframe and point it at the feed instead:
